Wow! Berries! I love berries.
And I would love to check out that building and see what kind of community it creates. Community informed by architecture informed by climate informing lifestyle informing by community.
Who really knows what comes first?

Around te world and prehaps Brisbane (!)
I heard a rumour of the iconic Norman Foster name potentially attached to a CBD buildng. If it is true, it'd probably be like their work at Deutsche Bank Place, Sydney - it might get tagged as a "Norman Foster building" but the work happens with local "co-architects"

Haha... My reference to smiling was more in line with being alive and feeling it as you mentioned Josh. It is an odd building. Why does the future look like that? Are we unconsciously creating the future as we imagine?

Because that looks like a giant spaceship in the middle of a forest haha. No... this place sounds amazing, I can't believe the differences in the Summer and Winter months. That building will sure be warm with all that glass to reflect/absorb the sunlight. I think as humans we love to feel alive and describe the environment i.e "It's soooo cold", "It's soooo hot". I don't think there will ever be a day when we aren't aware of what the weather feels like. We're always quick to state how it feels. "Gee isn't the weather warming up lately"...
