What do you do? I study International Business at the University of Queensland. What are you wearing today? I think it’s all vintage except for the socks and shoes. Describe your style? Navajo kick lately – kind of like Pocahontas. I like the girl-scout scarf look. Where is your favourite place? I think my favourite place is Krabi Beach in Thailand. What is the best advice you have ever received? Do things for yourself and do whatever makes you happy. Who is your role model and why? My older sister because she’s gorgeous and she just does things really well. Would you call yourself eco-friendly? I try to be. I use my green bags and buy recycled toilet paper and organic shampoo. What website has caught your eye recently? I don’t really know. I guess I visit MySpace is useful sometimes.

What do you do? I’m studying fashion design at QUT. What are you wearing today? I’m wearing an outfit that I made myself. Describe your style? To describe something is to destroy it, so I wouldn’t describe my style. Where is your favourite place? My apartment in New Farm. It’s next to the Sydney Street Ferry Terminal and it’s the best building ever. What is the best advice you have ever received? ‘Only boring people get bored.’ Who is your rolemodel? My boyfriend, because he’s amazing. Would you call yourself eco-friendly? I’m definitely environmentally conscious, but I’m not 100-percent perfect. What website has caught your eye recently? I actually never go on to the internet, so I don’t have one!

What do you do? I own Fabrik Hair in The Valley. What are you wearing today? Nobody jeans, Onitsuka Tiger shoes and a jumper from Ultra Suite. Describe your style? Today, very relaxed. Where is your favourite place? Barcelona in Spain, and also Brisbane. What is the best advice you have ever received? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: ‘Make sure you put sunscreen on your head’! Who is your rolemodel? Myself and my sister because we’re both hard workers. Would you say that you are eco-friendly? Definitely, I always try to make an effort to be eco-friendly in the business, around the house, and just generally. I don’t go crazy about it but at the same time I do make an effort. Which website has caught your eye recently? I’m addicted to YouTube at the moment – I can’t get off it!

What do you do? I’m studying a Bachelor of Arts, trying to get into graphic design. I also work at Jocelyn’s Provisions. What are you wearing today? I’m wearing a Marcs dress, Nine West shoes and Target tights. Describe your style? The opposite of what’s in fashion. I try not to wear what everyone else is wearing. Sometimes when there’s one trend in Brisbane, it just overtakes the whole city. Would you call yourself eco-friendly?
I strive to be but I don’t know if I’m there yet. I did ride my bike to work this morning, so that’s a good start. It was hard riding in a dress! Where’s your favourite place? Taormina in Sicily, Italy. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? Treat others how you wish to be treated. Who is your rolemodel? I take inspiration from all my friends and family, but not from anyone famous really. Which website has caught your eye recently? The Computer Arts Magazine site because it has links to all different graphic artists.
